The Mini Backer is wipeable inside and out and made with our Signature* Environmentally Friendly PVC-free, non-chlorinate coating that is soft to the touch, waterproof, odorless, and biodegradable. In order to be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened and in the same condition as you received it in. The item must be in the original packaging.
